- When the judge has finished scoring a class, You Score Horses is used to generate a score card that contains all of the scoring information
including the final placing’s. This score card contains all of the information present on paper score cards.
- When a score card is
generated You Score Horses displays a signature pad that the judge uses to enter an electronic signature. This signature is attached
to the generated score card.
- You Score Horses displays each page of the generated score card, including the judge’s signature, and
asks the judge to approve each individual score card page.
- An approved score card can be Emailed, as an attachment, to the show office.
The destination Email address for the show office is specified during the event set up so that You Score Horses can automatically
compose the message with the correct address for the recipients, the class name, and the generated score card. The judge simply clicks
a button to have You Score Horses automatically compose and send the message with the score card.
- When the score card is sent as an
Email to the show office, You Score Horses also includes in the body of the message the final placing’s list and the complete set
of entries in the class. This allows the office quick access to the placing’s (for awarding ribbons) and to the entries (for billing
purposes) without having to access the score card (which is usually archived by the show office).
- When You Score Horses generates
a score card it provides an option to print the score card if there is an available printer (via WIFI, Bluetooth, USB, etc.). A printed
score card can be submitted to the show office instead of sending it via Email.
You Score Horses automates the scoring process so judges have more time to observe and evaluate horses and their riders.
